Local Andhra Jobs (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. We collect only the information essential to operate our marketplace safely:

• For Customers: Your name, active 10-digit mobile phone number, city, area/neighborhood in Andhra Pradesh, requirement details, and budget in ₹.
• For Service Partners: Your full name, mobile number, trade skills (e.g., Plumber, Electrician, AC Repair, Tutor, Web Developer), business description, working districts/cities, and platform wallet activity.
• Verification Data: One-Time Passwords (OTPs) generated and verified via Meta WhatsApp Business API and SMS to confirm phone validity.
• Payment Information: Coin recharge payments are handled directly by Razorpay using bank-grade encryption. We never store credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers.

Our core purpose is connecting customers with trusted local professionals directly without middlemen:

• Explicit Consent on Posting: By submitting a service requirement, the Customer explicitly authorizes Local Andhra Jobs to share their verified phone number and project details with up to 3 verified Service Partners who unlock the requirement on our platform.
• Strict 3-Partner Anti-Spam Cap: To prevent nuisance and call spam, once 3 verified service partners unlock the lead, the Customer's phone number is permanently locked and hidden from all other users.
• Zero Public Display: A customer's phone number is never displayed publicly on the open web, indexed by search engines, or sold to third-party telemarketers.

We communicate transactional updates through our verified Meta WhatsApp Business Account API and registered SMS gateways. These notifications include:

• Login and requirement verification OTPs.
• Alerts to Customers when verified local partners unlock their requirement.
• Wallet coin recharge confirmations and receipts.

We strictly respect anti-spam regulations and do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.

We employ industry-standard security measures provided by Google Cloud and Firebase, including HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encrypted data transit, secure Firestore database access rules, and automated rate-limiting to protect all user accounts from unauthorized access or breaches.

Under applicable Indian data protection guidelines, you have full control over your personal information:

• Review & Rectify: You can view and update your profile, phone number, and service areas at any time in your Dashboard.
• Account Deletion: You have the permanent right to delete your profile, postings, and history. To request complete deletion of your account and associated records, email us at localandhrajobs@gmail.com. Requests are completed within 48 business hours.

We partner solely with certified infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase: Cloud database, serverless backend, and secure authentication.
• Razorpay: RBI-compliant PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway.
• Meta WhatsApp Business API: Secure cryptographic delivery of OTPs and transactional notifications.
