Welcome to Local Andhra Jobs (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using our website and digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the Platform.

Local Andhra Jobs connects local service seekers with independent service providers across Andhra Pradesh under two defined roles:

• Customer: An individual or business entity posting a service requirement, task, or home project. Posting requirements on Local Andhra Jobs is 100% free for Customers.
• Service Partner: An independent technician, contractor, tutor, skilled professional, or trade specialist who views and unlocks verified Customer requirements to offer services directly.
• Single Identity Policy: Users must register with accurate, verifiable details. Misrepresentation of skills, contact information, or identity will result in immediate termination of the account.

• 100% Free Service: Customers are never charged any fee to post requirements, receive calls, or hire specialists.
• Verification: To prevent fraud, spam, and non-working numbers, Customers verify their phone number via a One-Time Password (OTP) delivered through Meta WhatsApp Business API or SMS.
• Sharing Consent: By posting a requirement, the Customer explicitly authorizes Local Andhra Jobs to display their job title, district, neighborhood, budget, and description publicly, and to share their verified phone number with up to 3 verified Service Partners who unlock the lead.

Our platform operates on a transparent, pay-per-unlock wallet coin mechanism:

• Coin Valuation: 1 Coin = ₹1.00 INR. Coin recharge packages are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
• 100 Free Welcome Coins: Every newly registered Service Partner account automatically receives a one-time welcome bonus of 100 Free Coins (₹100 value) to unlock initial leads without mandatory upfront payment. Welcome bonus coins are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Tiered Lead Costs: Requirements are priced transparently based on budget tier (typically 10–15 coins for small daily tasks, 25 coins for regular home services, and 40–60 coins for high-value technical contracts).
• Max 3 Unlocks Cap: To safeguard Customer privacy and guarantee strong conversion opportunities for Service Partners, each requirement can be unlocked by a maximum of 3 verified partners, after which the lead automatically closes.
• 0% Platform Commission: Local Andhra Jobs charges 0% commission on any contracts or payments between Customers and Service Partners. Partners keep 100% of their earnings.
• No Hiring Guarantee: Unlocking a requirement grants direct access to verified contact details. Local Andhra Jobs does not guarantee that a Customer will hire a specific partner, agree on pricing, or finalize work.

• Unlocked Contact Details: Because lead unlock immediately reveals private Customer contact information (Phone/WhatsApp), spent coins are non-refundable once contact data has been revealed, except in cases of proven fraud.
• Invalid or Fraudulent Postings: If an unlocked lead is verifiably proven to be fraudulent (e.g., incorrect/unreachable phone number, commercial spam, or harassment), you may report it to our support desk. Upon verification, the full coin amount spent will be credited back to your platform wallet.
• Unspent Coin Recharges: If you purchase a coin recharge pack and have not spent any coins from that transaction, you may request a 100% money-back refund within 3 days of purchase by emailing localandhrajobs@gmail.com.
• Refund Processing: Approved cash refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

By creating an account or posting on the Platform, you agree to receive essential transactional communications (such as phone verification OTPs, customer inquiry notices, and coin receipts) via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. Our official automated notifications are dispatched via our registered Meta WhatsApp Business API.

• Posting fictitious, deceptive, unlawful, or sexually suggestive service requirements.
• Scraping, automated crawling, or reselling unlocked customer contact data to third parties.
• Harassing, abusing, or spamming Customers or Service Partners.
• Circumventing platform security or attempting to manipulate wallet balances.

Local Andhra Jobs operates as a direct discovery and matching platform. We are not an employer, contractor, or party to any agreements made between Customers and Service Partners. We shall not be held liable for disputes, work quality, personal injury, damages, or financial losses resulting from offline transactions. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
