By accessing or using Local Andhra Jobs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• Single Role Policy: Users are permitted only one primary role (either Tutor or Client) per verified identity.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account access, whether through Google Sign-In or Mobile OTP.

Our service uses a credit-based system (Coins) for unlocking leads and professional matches.

• Coin System: Coin purchases are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Currency: All pricing is displayed and settled in INR.

We aim to provide a transparent and fair digital service environment for all users. Please review our specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds:

• Lead Unlocks (Digital Service): Because unlocking a lead immediately reveals the student's personal contact information (Phone/Email), the coins spent to unlock leads are strictly non-refundable once the information has been accessed. This protects student privacy and prevents abuse of the system.
• Coin Purchases: If you accidentally purchase a coin package and have not yet spent any of the newly acquired coins, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 3 days of the transaction. Please contact admin@localandhrajobs.in to process this request.
• Fraudulent Postings: If you spend coins to unlock a lead that is verifiably proven to be a fake or fraudulent posting (e.g., promotional spam), our support team will manually review the instance and, upon verification, refund the exact coin amount back to your digital wallet.
• Processing Time: Approved cash refunds for unspent coin purchases will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Impersonating another person or providing fraudulent credentials.
• Spamming or harassing other users on the platform.
• Bypassing our security measures or using automated bots.
• Sharing or selling lead information outside the platform.

Local Andhra Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
